Home run. Touch down. SCORE! Thanks for having a great crew in Council Bluffs! Mike Letz the manager and John the technician had my 2004 Honda CR-V back on the road in no time! John found a broken transmission mount was the culprit. Mike found the only one in town and asked John to also clean the filter and add the proper amount of fluid. While I was there, Mike asked me if I would like to have some lunch brought in. Now that's a nice GUY! John installed the new tranny mount, asked me to drive the Honda and it was fixed. Pete, it is great to know there are still honest people doing honest work! Thanks again to Mike and John at the Council Bluffs Store.
